Q: Does Rhosyn travel for weddings and events to create floral?
A: Yes, we definitely love to create on the road! Contact us with your unique request at hello@rhosyncollective.com.

Q: Can I purchase a Rhosyn floral arrangement or bouquet?
A: We are a special events floral company, and take on weddings, installations and other events. Though we don't carry a daily stock of flowers, you may contact us to create unique floral for an engagement, anniversary or other special occasions!

Q: Do you have a storefront location?
A: No, we are currently an online store. We do deliver anywhere within Kelowna city limits and ship across Canada. 

Q: Can I customize a gift box?
A: Yes, if you have any request of products you'd like to be included please feel free to email us at hello@rhosyncollective.com

Q: Do you deliver outside of Kelowna city limits?
A: Yes, additional charges apply and depend on location. Please contact us for more details prior to placing an order.

Q: Do you ship gift boxes?
A: Yes, We can ship gift boxes within Canada. Select the enclosed box option and add shipping within Canada during checkout.

Q: Can you ship a gift box with fresh floral arrangement?
A: Unfortunately no. Fresh floral arrangements are only included in deliveries within Kelowna and surrounding areas. We offer a dried floral bundle or a small airplant to be included in all shipped gift boxes.

Q: Can you do large volume orders of gift boxes?
A: Yes, we offer gift boxes for corporate gifting, building development housewarming, bridal parties and more. Contact us to discuss your unique requirements.

Q: Do you sell your wooden boxes by themselves?
A: Yes, we offer crate boxes of all different sizes. Please contact for more details.

Q: Can you include alcohol in your gift boxes?
A: No, unfortunately we can not provide alcohol in our gift boxes. You are welcome to add in some by yourself if you'd like.
